"Food fine, shame about the delivery service"

The food is ok at this place, it's just something for lunch so how difficult can it be after all. But the delivery service is dire !, basically if you want a sandwich for lunchtime, order it at least 2 hours before otherwise you'll be very hungry and dont even bother trying to get a hot bacon sandwich delivered for breakfast. I dont know why they cant be honest and tell you if they are busy and the order might not be available until 2 hours time, we'd accept that. We have to be very desperate now to use this service as you just never know when the food might appear or how hot it might be when it's gets here.
