"I want staff NOT machines"

Staff now replaced by machines in Barclays Colchester branch. Its now a cold, austere place - people are being alienated from their money. I'm moving my accounts to the Halifax. Eventually I expect they'll all move to machines but for now I have a choice and Barclays lose me. For many old people service from humans may be the only conversation they have that day!.
