"Bad service and never on time"

I ordered several times and each time I was told to wait about 1.5 hours.However, I usually wait up to 2 hours even more. Everytime I ring back and ask what happened,someone told me to wait another 10 mins ,in fact that means 1 more hour. what a neglect service.
